1. Contact us by phone (1-800-397-9725) or by e-mail and ask for information regarding our HomeWord seminars for parents. We'll reply right away with a price quote and other information. Our seminars are currently available on a "flat fee plus expenses" basis, with expenses being travel and accommodations for the seminar presenter as well as the seminar notebooks.
   
   
2. Select a date for the seminar. Better yet, select a first, second and third choice of dates.
   
   
3. Select the seminar leader you prefer. Sometimes it is a good idea to select one of our presenters who lives near you, which reduces the cost of travel and sometimes reduces the cost of the seminar fee. We have presenters who live in California, Washington, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado, Arizona, South Carolina and Central Canada.
   
   
4. Contact us with your date and seminar leader preference and we'll let you know within a few days whether the date and speaker are available.
   
   
5. Once those details are confirmed and approved by you, a contract will be issued and you can begin making plans for the seminar.
   
   
6. Start advertising your seminar! Remember—if you want a good crowd to attend, you'll need to promote the seminar well in your church or region and make sure everyone puts the seminar on their calendars. When you book your seminar, we'll send you materials that you can use for publicity, including digital artwork, posters and other promotional resources. We'll also add your seminar to the HomeWord seminar calendar on the web.
   
   
7. A week or two before the seminar, contact us again to order the appropriate quantity of materials for your seminar.

• A great speaker to present the seminar!

You can choose from any one of our qualified seminar leaders. They are experienced professionals and skilled communicators. The seminar leader that you choose will come to your church, present the seminar, interact with your parents and respond to any questions they may have.

• Seminar notebooks for every parent.

These helpful booklets not only provide a place for parents to take notes, but they contain a variety of exercises, articles, parenting tips and information that will serve as a valuable resource for years to come.

• Publicity materials.

We provide you with professional artwork that can be customized for your seminar. You can use this artwork to produce posters, flyers, bulletin inserts, handouts, tickets ... whatever you need to advertise the seminar in your church or community.

• A Resource Table

Some (but not all) of our seminar presenters bring with them an assortment of recommended books and other items for sale. If you would like to set up a resource table of your own, contact HomeWord and we can provide books for you to purchase at wholesale prices so that you can make them available to parents at the seminar.
