Shipping Charges

HomeWord will ship your order directly to your door via United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail, or Media Mail (we ship via Media Mail unless otherwise specified).

If shipping within the United States, you may also choose United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select.

All International packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

All shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order.

While our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we process orders during our hours of operation 8:30 A.M. through 2:30 P.M. PST. So, if you need an item shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select – items must be ordered before 11am (PST). (Also note that if you are placing an order for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select after 11am, PST, Friday your order will not be processed until 8 A.M. Monday).

Usual delivery time is 3-9 days for basic shipping, working days for products that will be shipping from our warehouse 3-4 weeks if Media mail. You will be promptly informed of delivery dates for products that are back-ordered or factory direct.

Returns & Exchanges

HomeWord strives to provide the best possible service to our customers while keeping our prices competitive. We make every effort to be sure your ordering experience is pleasant and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

When you receive your order, look it over carefully and make sure you received what you ordered.

HomeWord will gladly accept your returns, should it be necessary, as outlined below.

• You may return an item for credit on you credit card or in store credit.  Additional shipping charges may apply.
• You may return an item for refund, however, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total.
• Returned items must be returned to HomeWord within 30 days of receipt of order.
• Custom-made items (Badges, Lettering, Certain Clothing, etc.) may not be returned unless the error was clearly ours. We will do our best to allow you to receive maximum value if you decide to have these custom-made items re-worked, repaired or replaced.
  

Sales Tax

If you reside in California and are not a reseller or tax free governmental agency we will add applicable sales tax. If you are a reseller HomeWord will need a copy of your Resale Certificate.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for all types of orders (internet,  fax, mail). You must provide the current billing address for the Credit Card to allow the order to be processed.  Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval.

Warranty Information

HomeWord will provide warranty information on any item upon request for which a warranty is applicable. Each product has the warranty support of the applicable manufacturer. HomeWord does not provide any express or implied warranty separate from the manufacturers warranty.

Due to the wide selection of products being offered, there may be occasional errors found on this website. We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint or change.
